Here is a classic winter treat with a twist! Cozy up to this "Hot Vanilla" treat after a wintery workout.
You will need:
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
A dash of cinnamon
1 cup non-fat milk
1 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract |

To make one Hot Vanilla,
microwave 1 cup of milk and 1 teaspoon of sugar in a mug for 90 seconds. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Top with a drizzle of chocolate syrup and a dash of cinnamon. Then sit back and enjoy your winter time treat! |
