Yes! Well, it counts if you dance your little heart out for at least 15 minutes straight. Dance Dance Revolution is an especially great way to workout when it's cold and yucky outside. One tip: If you're taking turns with a friend, don't just plop down on the couch when it's not your turn. Keep your heart rate up by marching or dancing in place 'til it's your turn again.
