Breakdancing Moves

Ready for a workout you can really jam to? Our Electridude, Michael, shows us how these breakdancing moves are great for getting fit and a lot of fun too! Just make sure you keep your glutes and ab-muscles tight and lifted.

As you reach over with your right arm and right leg, keep your left arm strong. It is supporting you! And don't be afraid to use those dancing feet. The faster your feet move, the fitter you'll be! This is a great exercise because all of the muscles are working together. So put on your favorite tunes and go for it!!!
