High-energy fitness fun where the entire school moves and grooves to their favorite songs. Students also learn how to find their heart rate, chant the "Muscle Mania Rap", and why staying active is so very cool! Your students have never had an assembly like this before!

The workouts are designed for grades K - 5th, but can be adapted for middle school students.

Great for public schools, private schools, camps, and fund raisers.
