Hi Teachers! By logging on to the ElectriKids site you are demonstrating your interest and concern for your students’ health and fitness. That deserves an A+ in my book! I hope to bring the Muscle Mania Tour to your school soon, but in the meantime, take advantage of our free ElectriKids downloads. You can also direct your students to the kids’ section of the ElectriKids site. There they’ll find fun fitness-related games and quizzes. Thanks for being an advocate for kids’ fitness!

Lesson plans are designed for primary grades, but can be modified based on your students’ grade and skill level, as well as physical education standards required in your state. This section is a work in progress and more lesson plans will be following soon. In the meantime, try these out with your students!
